Refund Policy

1. 24-Hour Refund Window

We offer a refund within 24 hours of your initial purchase if the service does not perform as advertised. After 24 hours, refunds are not guaranteed.

2. Eligibility

Refunds apply to first-time purchases of Game Hosting, VPS, and Bot Hosting plans. Renewals, domain registrations, dedicated servers, and add-ons are non-refundable.

3. How to Request

Open a ticket from your billing panel or email support@furiousnodes.com with your order ID and reason. We respond within 24 hours.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are not issued for terms-of-service violations, abuse, chargebacks, or services already heavily used during the refund window.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your provider.
