You agree not to use our services for illegal activity, spamming, DDoS attacks, hosting malware, phishing, or any content that infringes third-party rights.
4. Service Availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen outages may occur.
5. Payments & Billing
Services are billed in advance. Late payments may result in service suspension. All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your service for violation of these terms, non-payment, or abuse. You may cancel at any time from your billing panel.
7. Limitation of Liability
Furious Nodes is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
